Bathing can be a stressful activity for infants and their parents. Swaddle bathing is research proven to decrease crying, decrease stress, and keep the infant’s temperature more stable than traditional bathing. Newborn infants, particularly preterm infants, are at risk for hypothermia (low body temperature). When an infant is swaddled in our warm blanket and placed in the TurtleTub, the infant is comforted by the warm weight of the blanket. Your infant stays contained, happy and warm.

When our baby was in the NICU this was the exact same bath tub they used! I love that it was affordable and it reads the temperature. We also love that it came with a little water blanket to bathe our baby in the way the NICU nurses taught us. Super easy to clean and put away!

This is literally THE BEST tub idea for newborns ever. It is super easy to use and made me feel comfortable giving my boy a bath and not having to worry about him sliding down or falling out. I will never use any different bath tubs for a newborn. The hospital staff used this for my newborn baby during our stay and I just HAD to ask them where they got it because it is really that awesome

I love how small this tub! Before my baby was born, I kept looking for a small size tub and had a hard time finding one. After having my baby in the hospital, they had to used this exact tub for his first bath. I asked what it was and bought it off of Amazon right away! Love it! The temperature gauge is a plus!

As a first time mom, I had no idea which bathtub would work best for my daughter. After looking for DAYS, I found this and I’m so glad I did. I was introduced to this tub in the NICU with my second child and wish I’d known about it for my first child. My daughter stayed warm and cozy during her baths (sometimes she fell asleep!), I LOVED the temperature strip so I didn’t have to stress about the water being too hot, I used it on the bathroom counter so saved my back from bending over the tub, and we used less water filling this tub v the entire tub. Would highly recommend.

Ideal for infant bathing. Inbuilt thermometer is very helpful. Sturdy surface, no sharp spots. Holds enough water and swaddle bathing blanket is comforting. Easy to fill and empty. I tried several other tubs and this is best and most user friendly.

We first used this product in the NICU with our 3lb preemie. We tried another cheaper tub from a big box store but it didn't work out as easily. For us this was well worth the money as it makes bathing your baby under 5lbs very easy and scream/cry free. They enjoy sitting there swaddled up in the warm water and fleece. 3 people found this helpful

This is a great product, my son was in intermediate care and the hospital staff was using this to bathe the infants there. Did a search and found this on amazon, of course bought it right away. Swaddling while bathing really makes a difference, our baby just chill in the tub, not screaming and crying like the usual scene that you would expect during bathing. Overall, a worthwhile investment. 10/10 would recommend.
